Our work
We are a small family run business and we take great pride in our work, which we hope shows through every aspect of our service to you.
From the initial phone conversation, through to cleaning your carpets or upholstery with the utmost care and efficiency, our aim is to give you best possible cleaning experience at a down-to-earth price.
How we work
Each job begins with a survey which allows us to see the carpet / upholstery in question and make an informed assessment of the work required.
We have invested heavily in a wide range of state-of-the-art cleaning machinery, and will be able to advise the best cleaning method to suit the job. For instance, some carpets may require a thorough deep steam clean and extraction, while others may respond better to a dry cleaning process.
Once we have agreed with the cleaning recommendations a written quotation is issued, which includes a set price, work date and time.
All our operatives are friendly, dedicated and prompt. And after the cleaning process is over, we will walk around with you to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.
Drying times vary according to the weather, type of carpet, how badly soiled etc. But to give you a rough idea: if we were to employ a deep steam clean, and cleaned an entire 3 bedroom house, by the time the job was complete, the first cleaned room would be almost dry.
